We specialize in litigation and have handled over 400 cases in state and federal courts. Our website states, “Truth is Power.” That is not just a slogan. Thanks to our experience with the justice system, we know that individuals can and do succeed in claims where they have only the truth on their side.

We are aware that when you are up against an employer or the government there is a significant power imbalance. That’s where we come in. The key is to have legal counsel who are experienced, tenacious and unafraid. Our firm specializes in that. We have taken thousands of depositions (sworn testimony under oath where we question defendants) of high-level corporate executives and owners, human resources managers, police chiefs, elected officials, judges, prison wardens, university officials, school board presidents, and so on. Our approach levels the playing field. Ultimately the truth is exposed.

Many of our cases are based on violations of laws which prohibit discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, whistleblowing, sexual harassment and retaliation. We also handle defamation and breach of contract claims. We represent people whose constitutional rights to free speech and due process of law have been denied by the government. These are complicated areas of the law which we are happy to explain to you.
